Reflection on Term 1's blogging

Indeed, this really is a very new experience to me, finishing parts of homework by blogging.

My cousin, who is in another high school, commented,"Hwa Chong is too high-tech!" I agree, most of the students don't experience finishing schoolwork online.

In fact, the whole term's LA lesson is a new beginning. Lessons, activities, assessments, etc are so different! Especially this blogging, it's an interesting experience.

What I like... O(∩_∩)O !!!

-It is convenient and fast to do English homework by blogging. Pictures, words,
etc are all available just by clicking and typing.

-A way of relaxing while doing homework.

-I can have a nice design of my "exercise book", in this case is my blog.

-I can express more freely compared to doing homework on papers.

What I dislike... -_- (diaoz...)

-Sometimes I have to switch on computer just to do blogging.

That's all... Not a lot of dislikes because afterall, I don't really detest this blogging so much, but neither do I love it so much.

Improvement: \(^o^)/

-Maybe teachers would like to encourage pupils to view others' blog posts to gain ideas to improve their blogging quality.

-Blogging homework SHOULD be given on Friday to let pupils do during weekends.

I would say both blogging and electronic bookshelf are ways to record things. I take down my daily events and do some LA homework on my blog. Electronic bookshelf is a tool to record and review the books I have/going to read. I can keep my favourite books there too.

Therefore, blogging and electronic bookshelf are ways to keep track and review my favourites.

Connection between Graphics and Narrative

What I think...

-Both of them tell a story. They go around it.

-Both of them happen in a chronological order.

-Both of them are quite easy to understand.

I gather all these points during my English class when a group of us were asked to assemble a set of pictures back to order.(It was really complicated!)

This surely is linked to picture smartness.

My top 3 learning preferences are: Interpersonal(Myself Smart), Intrapersonal(People Smart), Linguistic(Word Smart).

Maybe I'm more comfortable studying with a lot of good friends or on myself.
